Select Online Services.
Click on Vehicle Related Services.
Choose Goa as your state.
Enter your vehicle registration number, state, and RTO region.
Accept the privacy policy and click Proceed.
Select Download Document and choose RC Print.
Enter the required information for validation.
Input the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Download your RC book
Download the mParivahan App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Sign in using your mobile number and generate an OTP.
Enter your vehicle registration number to view and download your RC book.
Register or log in to DigiLocker.
Link your Aadhaar card for authentication.
Search for RC book under the issued documents section.
Download the RC book to your DigiLocker account for easy access.

If you are driving in Goa and do not carry your RC Book (Registration Certificate), you can be fined ₹3,000 if you are driving a car or other light motor vehicle and ₹2,000 if you are on a two-wheeler. If you doing this again and again, the fine may be higher. So, make sure you carry your RC Book as a hard copy or on phone in a digital form to avoid fines or problems with police.
