Visit the Parivahan website.
Navigate to Online Services → Vehicle Related Services.
Select Maharashtra as your state.
Enter your registration number, state, and RTO details.
Accept the privacy policy and click Proceed.
Choose Download Document → RC Print.
Enter the required details for verification.
Input the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Download and save your RC book.
Download the mParivahan App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Log in using your mobile number and verify it with an OTP.
Enter your vehicle registration number to download your RC book.
Register or log in to DigiLocker.

In Maharashtra, if you do not have your RC Book (Registration Certificate) you may face a penalty of ₹2,000. If it happens again, the penalty can be as high as ₹5,000.
